Week 79 – Paint and Cabinets
The exterior is almost wrapped up. The stucco and fascia has been painted.
On the interior, all the cabinets have been delivered and are now being installed.
Things are moving right along, and we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Week 78 – Interior Brick Finished
The brick that continues into the house was finished this week.
Most of the smooth texture on the wall in prep for paint has also been complete.
We also need to choose the exterior paint for the stucco. The consensus is #2 for the warm tones that complements the black brick.
Once the stucco is painted, they will be able to clean all the exterior brick and get the site cleaned up in prep for the interior finishes.
Week 77 – Interior Brick
The long black brick also comes inside the house at the front door and garage entrance.
The wood siding is up in the carport and will wrap around the back.
The upper deck is planters are getting capped off.
